We ask all guests to be respectful of others around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to ejection from the building. During performances, we ask all guests to remain seated for the duration of the performance. Depending on the demographics of certain events (such as concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same.
Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the event. For safety reasons and as a courtesy to other patrons, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times. Any patron not in compliance is subject to ejection.
Any guest found violating venue policies or law will be ejected from the theatre at the sole discretion of theatre management.
There is an ATM located on the main level, in the hallway next to the elevator. Service fees may apply.
If your seat is broken, please contact the nearest usher or security officer for further assistance.
If you are looking for a snack or a drink at an event, please stop by one of our concessions to purchase candy, soda, coffee, and bottled water. At some events, popcorn, and pretzels may also be available for purchase as well as beer, wine, and spirits.
We suggest that you drop your party off and pick them up on the Salina Street entrance under the marquee. Please understand that you cannot stand or park in these areas. The best way to coordinate a pick-up spot after an event is to communicate with your driver via cell phone.
At this time, there is an elevator that provides access to the lobbies in the basement and second floor levels. There is no elevator access to the balcony or loge seating; patrons will need to use the stairs. Please take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets. The Landmark Theatre will not issue refunds or offer reseating for patrons who purchased balcony and loge seats and find themselves unable to access them by stairs. All orchestra level seating is accessible from ground level.

The Landmark Theatre is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons. Any guest in need of assistance during an event should seek an usher or security officer.
Upon entry to the theatre, patrons will be screened with handheld metal-detecting wands. Weapons are not permitted inside the facility.
Only small handbags, as well as diaper bags, will be permitted upon inspection to the theatre. Patrons have the right to refuse a bag search, and our venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle or discard them into the appropriate trash receptacles at the entry doors.
The Landmark Theatre does not provide booster seats at any performance. Additionally, you may be asked not to use any outside booster seats, cushions, etc. if it results in the obstruction of another patron’s view. Hard booster seats are prohibited.
Unless attending a children’s show, our general guidelines for the appropriate age of a child is 6+ unless content is deemed appropriate for an older age. Please be considerate of other patrons if your child is unable to sit still and quietly through a performance.
The Landmark Theatre does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. The Landmark Theatre is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen or damaged.
Doors for events at the Landmark Theatre generally open one hour prior to event start time.
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) are available at every event for medical emergencies. If you or another patron require immediate medical assistance, please locate the usher or security officer nearest you so they can alert the EMTs.
Media credentials can be requested by calling the particular artist’s publicist, record label or promoter. You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered. If this information is not presented to the Box Office prior to an event, you will not be permitted in. The Box Office cannot contact the artist’s publicist, record label or promoter for you.
Many Landmark Theatre events have merchandise for sale at each performance.
The photo policy for each show varies. Please check with the Box Office or an usher if you are unsure. All patrons are expected to adhere to the photo policy for any and all performances they attend.
We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light as you may be subject to search. We ask that our guests avoid bringing unnecessary items. The Landmark Theatre may utilize metal detecting hand wands, walk-through metal detectors or other devices. Bags that have passed inspection must fit comfortably under your seat. Items that are prohibited for the Landmark Theatre include, but are not limited to, weapons, oversized bags, outside food and beverage (exceptions may be made for patrons with disabilities), cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, cameras, video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses, signs, banners, e-cigarettes, and flashing shoes.

Re-entry will not be permitted for patrons attending concerts at the Landmark Theatre, including during intermission.

In compliance with New York State regulations, there is no smoking permitted anywhere in the Landmark Theatre, including the use of e-cigarettes/vaping / cannabis. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this regulation is grounds for ejection.
Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event that you are attending and also designates your correct seat location. This information will also help our staff locate your party in the event that you become separated. The Landmark Theatre staff may ask to see your ticket at any time during the event.
