COVID-19 Response and Protocols

COVID Policy

In accordance with the changes in guidelines from Onondaga County, New York State, and the CDC, Landmark Theatre COVID Policies has been updated effective immediately.

Masks

We strongly encourage all patrons to wear masks at all times while in the venue unless actively eating or drinking.  All Landmark Theatre staff, volunteers, and security will continue to be required to wear masks.

Vaccination

The Landmark Theatre will no longer require patrons to provide evidence they are fully vaccinated or present evidence of a negative result from a COVID test.

Safety Steps

Our air filtration system has been updated to the MERV-13 standard. We have improved air changeover rate in the auditorium by 50% and fresh air intake by 300%. We conducted a thorough cleaning of our heating and air ducts. Landmark Theatre staff has increased the cadence of cleaning of public areas and placed hand sanitizing stations throughout the theatre.
