Bob Weir & Wolf Bros, Wild Kratts Live! 2.0 Activate Creature Power!, Miss Saigon, and  AJR – The Neotheater Tour – Part 2 have all been cancelled.

If your event is eligible for a refund at this time, here’s how you can do so:

If you purchased tickets through our Landmark Box Office:

Please note that the box office and administrative offices are open with limited capacity.

  • If you purchased using a credit card, you can mail your tickets to 362 S. Salina St., Syracuse, NY 13202, and include your name and the best phone number at which to reach you. Once we receive them, we will call you and process your refund over the phone.
  • If you purchased using cash, you will still need to come in person to the box office. Our box office will be open limited hours beginning the week of June 8, and can accommodate only one patron at a time.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster:

  • You will need to log into your Ticketmaster account for more information. You can also contact Ticketmaster Fan Support at 1-800-653-8000. Cancelled events have already been refunded.

Please note that both our box office and Ticketmaster are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and requests during this time, and your patience is very much appreciated while we work through everything. We are working at a reduced capacity on site as many of our staff are now working from home, but we are confident in our ability to navigate the challenges ahead until our normal operations resume.

The Landmark Theatre, like many arts and cultural institutions, is extremely vulnerable to the economic impacts of this pandemic. If you have the means, a sustaining membership or donation would be especially meaningful at this time.
