If your event is eligible for a refund at this time, here’s how you can do so:

If you purchased tickets through our Landmark Box Office:

Please note that the box office and administrative offices are closed. We suggest holding off on mailing refund requests until the box office resumes operation.

  • If you purchased using a credit card, you can mail your tickets to 362 S. Salina St., Syracuse, NY 13202, and include your name and the best phone number at which to reach you. Once we receive them, we will call you and process your refund over the phone.
  • If you purchased using cash, you will still need to come in person to the box office. We ask that you take all appropriate hand-washing and social distancing precautions when stopping by (we will do the same!). Our box office can accommodate no more than 3 patrons at one time at 6 feet apart, and we are open Monday through Friday, 10 am – 5 pm.

If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster:

  • You will need to log into your Ticketmaster account for more information. You can also contact Ticketmaster Fan Support at 1-800-653-8000.

Please note that both our box office and Ticketmaster are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and requests during this time, and your patience is very much appreciated while we work through everything. We are working at a reduced capacity on site as many of our staff are now working from home, but we are confident in our ability to navigate the challenges ahead until our normal operations resume.
